These terms govern your use of the Comply Sorted website and document generation service at complysorted.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Comply Sorted generates tailored UK compliance documents (including Privacy Policies, Data Protection Policies, Health & Safety Policies, Risk Assessments, Data Retention Policies, and Employee Privacy Notices) based on the information you provide. Documents are delivered as a branded PDF download immediately after payment.

2. Not legal advice

The documents generated by Comply Sorted are professional guidance documents intended for UK small businesses. They do not constitute legal advice. While they are drafted to reflect UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, and HSE guidance, we recommend seeking independent legal advice for complex or sector-specific situations.

3. Pricing and payment

The current price is £49 (including VAT where applicable) as a one-time payment. No subscription, no recurring charges. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your compliance pack for any reason, email support@complysorted.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Delivery

Your compliance pack is generated and made available for download immediately after successful payment. You will be provided with a download link on the confirmation page. If you experience any issue accessing your documents, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Accuracy of information

The quality of your documents depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the answers you give in the questionnaire are correct and complete. We are not liable for documents generated on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Intellectual property

Once you have paid, the generated documents are yours to use in your business. You may not resell or redistribute them as templates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the documents.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
